This policy applies exclusively to digital goods and services obtained through official Inferno Eternal channels, including premium currency (Crystals), character unlocks, uniforms, upgrade materials, and special event packages. Physical merchandise and any items acquired from unauthorized sources are not covered.
Due to the nature of digital goods, all purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered. A refund may be considered only if the purchased content has not been used, activated, equipped, or consumed in any way, and if there is clear evidence of a technical issue or billing error.
Refund requests will not be approved in cases of change of mind, dissatisfaction with character performance, gameplay balance changes, or loss of interest in the game. Purchases made via unauthorized third parties are strictly excluded from eligibility.
If a purchase was charged but the items were not received, or if an incorrect amount was charged, Agents should contact our official support team with proof of payment. Upon verification, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund or grant in-game currency of equal value. In-game credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
